Who we are
Flizeer ("we", "us", "our") is a digital studio based in Germany, providing web design and development services to businesses across the European Union. Full legal entity details (registered name, address and registration number) will be added here once the business is formally registered.
Contact: hello@flizeer.com.
What data we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, country, project type, budget range and message. This is sent directly to our inbox via a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit) and used only to respond to your enquiry.
Website analytics. We use a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics system that we built and control ourselves. It records the page you visited, the referring website (if any), a general device type (mobile/desktop), and your browser's language setting. We do not use cookies and we do not store your IP address — instead, a one-way anonymised code is generated that changes every day and cannot be used to identify you.
We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.
Legal basis for processing
We process contact form data based on your consent and to take steps toward a potential working relationship at your request. We process anonymous analytics data based on our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used — since this data cannot identify you, its impact on your privacy is minimal.
Services we rely on
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — receives and delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this website; this may involve a connection to Google's servers.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, storing the website files and the anonymous analytics database.
How long we keep data
Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. Anonymous analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and our services evolve. The date at the top of this page shows the last update.
