About these terms

These terms cover the use of the Flizeer website and the services we offer: web design, development, landing pages, e-commerce, optimization and digital identity work — delivered either as a fixed-price project or as a monthly/annual subscription, as described on our Pricing page.

Landing page subscription

• Price: €49/month, or €490/year when paid annually — as shown on our Pricing page.
• Includes custom design, hosting, domain connection, ongoing maintenance, and reasonable content changes.
• Minimum term: 12 months from the start date. After the minimum term, the subscription continues on a rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• If cancelled before the minimum term ends, any remaining months due are handled as agreed individually per project.

Fixed-price projects

Business websites, online stores and custom projects are quoted individually based on scope, and confirmed in writing (typically by email) before work begins. A deposit may be requested before work starts, with the remaining balance due before final delivery or launch, unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of design revisions as part of our process (see "How we work" on the homepage). Additional rounds of revisions beyond what's agreed may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final design and code delivered transfers to the client. Flizeer retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, premium plugins, stock content or other third-party costs required for a project are not included in our fees unless explicitly stated, and are billed separately or passed through at cost.

Liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime of third-party hosting or services outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the European Union. This will be confirmed once Flizeer is formally registered.
